Taking full advantage of our strengths as a direct meat wholesaler, we purchase carefully selected A5 and A4 rank Wagyu beef. We also have an assortment menu where you can enjoy rare parts of Wagyu beef all at once, such as the ``luxury wagyu beef platter'' that includes misuji and zabuton, and the ``wagyu lean thigh platter'' that includes shinshin, marukawa, and more. In our shop, binchotan charcoal is used for charcoal fire. The far-infrared effect removes excess fat from the meat and further condenses the flavor of Wagyu beef.
