When Oates and his wife went out with their 5-year-old and 2-year-old grandchildren, we decided to have lunch at the Japanese-style meal Resutoran Tengu Flower Garden Store. https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1324/A132404/13098871/ https://www.teng.co.jp/shopsearch/shops/view/BA577726 This store has a parking lot on the first floor and a Restaurants on the second floor, so I am grateful that I can park my car in the shade at this time of year. Looking at the menu, Oats ordered the seasonal vegetable set for 1,199 yen, and my wife ordered the Meat Doutomi Tempura Gozen for 1,419 yen. The two grandchildren chose a children's lunch of 572 yen ×2. The menu is the same as it is online. https://www.teng.co.jp/washoku/food.html Bring your own cold food on a self-service basis. After ordering, you have to wait for a while. First of all, two dishes of children's lunch were brought. Well, I think it's a very ordinary children's lunch, but it's perfect for toddlers because it has an assortment of things that children might like. We both ate well. My two-year-old grandson often ate with his hands. It seems troublesome to use a fork and spoon. Then came the seasonal dish set that Oats ordered. You can choose between white rice or five-grain rice. Both Oats and my wife made five-grain rice. The plate of fried chicken was so large that it partially hid the Tempura in the photo above. However, Tempura came with three types: shrimp, eggplant, and pumpkin. Finally, the meat tofu Tempura Gozen that my wife ordered came. Since there was a lot of rice, my wife shared some with the oats. This is how oats get fat. Each of the two sets came with a negitoro. My wife didn't eat negitoro, so I ate oats for my wife. I think this is delicious. Negitoro doesn't usually eat much, and sometimes it is eaten in the form of a warship at a Sushi restaurant, but about it. However, if you drizzle soy sauce and eat it with wasabi, it will be quite good. This is a jackpot. Of the Tempura, the shrimp and eggplant were usually delicious, but the pumpkin was cut very thin, and I think this would lose a little pumpkin-likeness. My wife's Tempura was shrimp, eggplant and kakiage. The shrimp was eaten by my 2-year-old grandson. Eggplant eaten by oats. My 5-year-old grandson ate a small portion of the kakiage, but the whole kakiage was in the form of a large chunk, and it was difficult to separate the small parts cleanly even if I loosened them with chopsticks. The two grandchildren ate their lunch quite cleanly. My 2-year-old grandson probably had a lot of shrimp for one Tempura (which I got from my wife), but I left Onigiri and two fried chickens. However, my five-year-old grandson ate them all. Despite his slender body, he had become quite a glutton. I can count on you. This was the end of our lunch for the four of us. I ate everything that was served cleanly and I was satisfied. When I checked, the total was 3,762 yen, and they gave me a receipt with a statement. It is clear accounting. The oats entered the store around 11:45 and left around 12:45, so it took exactly one hour. On the way home, my two-year-old grandson quickly fell asleep. Play well, eat well, sleep well. It's a life that paints a picture of health. This place is a typical family Restaurants with a parking lot and a kids' menu. This was Oates' first time using Tengu, and it was quite satisfying. Japanese-style meal There are only 6 restaurant of them in Tokyo. https://www.teng.co.jp/shopsearch/shops/search/?prefecture=1&city=&brands%5B%5D=2 None of them are far from Oates's home, so I don't think I'll go there again, but if there's a tengu where I go, I think it's okay to stop by.
