うまいと口コミを見て来てみた。
平日のせいか、12時ちょうどに店に入ったが、先客1人。
予約席のみだったが13時までに食べ終えてもらえば。との条件付きで入店。
1時間あるので充分。
三色盛りを注文。
赤身、トロ、ネギトロ。
少々待って提供。
キレイに盛り付けされてる。
赤身はちゃんと味があって美味しい。
トロに隠れがちだが、赤身もちゃんと仕事してる。
トロは一見すると脂がすごそうだが、意外と軽く食べられる。それでいて濃厚な味わい。
ネギトロはスーパーで売ってる物とは違い、軽めだがネットリと美味しい。
全てにおいて美味しい。
