むかーし、とある仕事の関係でよく降り立った綾瀬。
あれから10年以上ぶりに綾瀬へ。
向かったのは今年OPENした寿司屋さん、【寿司の大地】。
明るく綺麗な店内で、スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリー。
そのせいか、女性おひとりさまや週に何回か通っているらしき常連さんといった、ひとりでいらしているリピーターさんも。
お酒の種類は色々あって、迷ってしまう。
迷った時は「とりあえず」ビール。
なんとここ、サッポロの赤星もあって、ついそちらをオーダー。
まずはお通しに
・黒ばい貝
煮込んだ黒ばい貝を楊枝でちゅるっとする。
甘辛くて美味しい！
・タコの梅煮
柔らかいたこがキツすぎない梅でお酒にピッタリ！
と、そこで目の前では大将が何やらタコの足をむにむにしてらして...うん、それ食べたい！
本日のオススメにあった
・たこ吸盤焼き
は焦がし醤油の香りも吸盤の食感もいい！
そうか、本日のオススメいいなぁ...と、実は私は食べたことがなかった
・ばくだん
色んな海鮮に刻み沢庵、たまご、と混ぜ混ぜしてから海苔にのせてたべるんだけど、美味しい！！やばし、知らなかったなんて人生の半分損してきちゃったよー(；´Д｀)
フライヤーも目の前にあるのが寿司屋でありながら色々楽しめるところ！

を。沖縄の塩、ぬちまーすでいただくとふんわりとろける濃厚なお味！
「皆さん何頼んでますか？」と聞いて、出てきて納得したのが

などを挟みつつ、いい感じになって来たのでここで、入口の生簀から鯵を...
もう、めっちゃ新鮮。

お寿司はネタが新鮮でとっても美味しかった！！！
カウンターの醍醐味って、本当大将や握り手さんとの会話なんだけど、小さな呟きも拾ってくださって楽しすぎた(〃艸〃)
カウンターでお寿司、って言うと1人あたり1万は覚悟、って思うけど、こちら良心的。
ちなみに、店舗周りにある炉端焼き屋さんや串焼き屋さんもグループ店。
安くて美味しいのが分かったので、2軒目はお隣に行ったよ☆
お腹いっぱいだったので、お隣では軽く串をつまみつつ飲んだだけ。
めちゃくちゃコスパ良かった！
