We purchase live fish based on filefish, horse mackerel, and striped horse mackerel. After receiving an order, we take the fish out of the tank, tighten it, fillet it, and serve it as sashimi. The shellfish are also freshly shucked!

We always have over 30 types of carefully selected local sake from all over the country, including famous brands such as Juyondai, Jikon, Shinsei, Denzake, and Hiroki. We also order seasonal alcoholic beverages and rare brands. Enjoy pairing with Sushi and a la carte dishes.

We purchase carefully selected ingredients from all over the country from Toyosu Market. In addition, we are particular about using live fish that is shipped directly from the Bungo Channel in Oita Prefecture, and we purchase it from Kawasaki Market.

Made using Yukiwakamaru from Yamagata Prefecture. Each grain has a firm texture, making it the perfect balance for gripping. We use red vinegar, which has a rich aroma and flavor, to create a sushi that will enhance the taste of the toppings.
