お寿司が食べれる居酒屋を探していたら綾瀬にあったので食べログ予約システムで二名予約した。綾瀬で食事するのは久しぶりであり、一時期「串のこたに」にハマったのだが今でも繁盛しているようである。「寿司と炭火 大地」の建物は見覚えあり以前利用したことがある。1階ということもあり入りやすい入口であり、チェーン店居酒屋を外したい時に少しゆとりのある居酒屋がいいと思う人にはぴったりである。
アプリ登録で一杯サービスと言うことで、普段なら登録しないのだがフロアスタッフさんのお勧めで登録することになった。生ビールを一杯いただくのと100ポイントもらうのに登録してしまった。今日は最後に寿司が食べれればよかったので、おつまみは少な目で注文した。
野菜の天婦羅は熱々の天つゆと塩が添えてあり、何種類もの野菜天を楽しめた。えいひれは居酒屋定番メニューであるが、炙ると何であんなに美味しくなるんだろう。フライドポテトもいつも注文してしまうが定番メニューは量が多めではないので何品も注文して楽しむ量になっている。
お任せ握り8貫2640円はシャリが多めであり、ネタもよかった。ネタの説明してくれたが忘れてしまった。煮穴子・真鯛・シマアジ・白ミル貝・中トロ・本鮪赤身・ヒラメ・海老。もっと食べたかったのだ満席になり厨房が大変になっていそうなので移動することになった。空間のある居酒屋でゆったりとできた。
