2022年12月。都内各区で開催されていたキャッシュレスキャンペーン（最大30%相当のポイントが付与）のおもひでを振り返る。
足立区と葛飾区がびみょーに入り混じる大地、綾瀬。同地区を中心に資本展開する飲食店グループ「株式会社大地」運営の鮨酒場にて。
酒肴の豊富さや、肩肘張らないカジュアルな雰囲気から鮨酒場と称したが、実際問題握りの技術はややハイソ寄りの本格派と遜色ないヤツ。
無論握りは1貫から発注可能。かつおまかせ5or8or12貫と、胃袋の許容量に配慮された展開がなされているのも飲兵衛にはありがたく。
シャリには白酢メインの合わせ酢を採用していると思しき。また、元々のタネの品質の高さもさることながら、職人さんの随所の仕事っぷりも様になっている。飾り包丁もなかなか繊細だ。←知ったかのモビ様目線
ちなみに我々はテーブルを陣取ってしまったのでアレだったが、カウンターであればどうやら職人さんが煮切りを引いてくださる模様。
そして心憎い酒肴の数々に呼応してか、日本酒の取り揃えにも目を見張るものが。しかもわりかしリーズナブルな値付けである。
トータルでみても、今回のようなキャンペーン適用がなくともギリ普段使いできそうな。
次回は焼き物や揚げ物メニューにも挑戦してみたく。
P.S.ナマコ酢が新鮮コリコリで地味に白眉でした。なのに写真がびみょーにぶれてしまった悲しみ。
