年末に飲み友達と飲もうとお友達おすすめのお寿司屋「寿司の大地」さんへ。綾瀬駅すぐのところにあるお寿司屋さんですが、とてもアットホームな雰囲気でコスパの良いお寿司屋さんです。
店の前には生簀があり、カワハギなんかが泳いでいました。
お通し
黄桜閆enn山田穂
二人とも日本酒好きなので、日本酒でスタート。メニューに載っていない日本酒も色々あるそうなので、おすすめのお酒を選んでもらいました。まずは飲食店にしか卸さないという「閆」。山田穂の方を頂きました。
とてもすっきりで飲みやすくしっかりとした味わいも感じられます。
活カワハギ姿造り2,580円
早速、気になっていたカワハギから。活造りでヒレなどがピクピク動いています。
カワハギの刺身は甘みとしっかりとした食感がありますね。
そしてなんと言っても肝。肝醤油と肝ポン酢どちらにしますか？というので迷っていたら半分ずつにしてくださいました。この肝醤油や肝ポン酢の濃厚な味は日本酒ととても良く合います。これだけでどんどん飲めそうです。
雨後の月純米酒無濾過生原酒
雨後の月の年1回限定品の無濾過生原酒。こちらもスッキリながら力強さもあります。
三陸産牡蠣生800円
牡蠣も生簀にあって気になっていたので、生牡蠣を。とても大ぶりの牡蠣で、ツルッとした食感と濃厚な味わいがたまりませんね。
フグ白子天ぷら1,280円
フグの白子を天ぷらで。熱々の白子はとてもクリーミーでとろけます。これは最高の味わいですね。
賀茂金秀特別純米生
キレがよくしっかりとした辛口。
下仁田ネギ焼き700円
入り口近くに置いてあったとても大きな下仁田ネギも気になり、焼きで頂きました。とても柔らかで、玉ねぎを思わせるような強い甘みがあります。
サービスで赤貝のキモを頂きました。これも日本酒に合いますね。
日高見純米大吟醸助六
なかなかかわいいラベルですね。旨味があり寿司との相性が抜群です。

握りはどれも間違いない旨さでしたが、特にブリがおどろくほど柔らかくて甘くて驚きました。
干し芋ピスタチオの羊羹480円
デザートはメニューにない干し芋ピスタチオを。とても上品な甘みで美味しかったです。
美味しい魚料理・お寿司で日本酒を沢山頂き大満足でした。価格もとてもリーズナブルなのでまた伺いたいと思いました。
