Bistro Le Ballon @ Ayase Good quality Bistro open late at night, long live the commuter pass! I often encounter trains that stop at Ayase Station during my journeys, and in the worst of times, I'll even take two in a row.If I've been idling out for more than ten minutes, I'm a lowly drinker who says I'll have a drink. There are many attractive shops. When I was wandering around Ayase Station without a plan, I came across this shop with warm lights spilling out.The counter seats were like an anchor.First of all, let's get tired with a beer~I'm so happy that it's Heartland.Assorted appetizers: Carolapais, L'Antilles, and Ratatouille. I was surprised at how large it was, and it only cost 900 yen! ! I switched to the grenache blanc and was very impressed by the lentille (lentil). When I asked about the deep flavor, I was told that it was boiled in duck stock, which is why it was so delicious.Asperge FrancheIt was said to be made in Saga Prefecture, and it was served to me as an offal. I made a boiled egg into a mimosa and enjoyed it with the saltiness of bacon. Seasonal food is good. The scent that rushes from the inside of the body to the nostrils is heartwarming. Refilling the grenache blanc! Normally, I would have poached it and asked for Savaillon or Hollandaise, but since it was my first time seeing it, I kept quiet (lol) It was late at night, so I didn't have a main course, so we moved on to the dessert sale. After discussion with the chef, the Basque cheesecake was served beautifully, and the dresse was baked perfectly and smooth. It has a wonderful aroma that spreads from the mouth. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness. It's an Alsatian Abricco! ! I love Eau de Vifruis from Alsace and have drunk many kinds of them, but this is my first time trying Abricco (Apricot)! It's amazing how fragrant this is. Phew, it was delicious! I was really surprised to find such a wonderful shop in such a place, and I have yet to give up on my sense of smell!
