東京・国分寺の小料理屋さん。
ランチは、お刺身や天婦羅。うなぎなどが楽しめめるようです。
《天松》のランチ、天重1100円です。
お店の外にランチメニューが出ていて、雰囲気もよさそうなので下調べも無く訪問です。
店内は落ち着いた、小料理屋さんの雰囲気。
外でランチメニューは見てましたが、着席して改めて品定め。
と思ってメニューをお願いするもなかなか出てこない。。。
何故ならメニューが１つしかないから。
お客さんが同時に入店すると、注文が終わるまでメニューがまわってきません。
これはちょっと時間がかかりそうな感じだな。。。
と思いながら天重を注文。
とここで予想に反して、すぐにお漬物がテーブルへ。
器がキンキンに冷えているので、冷蔵からそのまま持って来たんでしょうね。
本来ならば天重の箸休めにいただきたいところですが、
こちらをつまみながら出来上がりを待ちます。
注文から15分程度で運ばれてきた天重は、当たり前ですが丼じゃなくてお重。
久しぶりに見たお重なのでどこか嬉しい感じです。
蓋を開けてみると、そこにはぎゅっと天婦羅が詰まってます。
大きな海老天３尾が、目に飛び込んできます。
まずはこの大きな海老天からいただきます。
甘さ控えめのタレに浸してある海老天。
揚げたてのサクッと感は正直ないので、揚げ置きの天婦羅ですかね。
昔ながら。と言った方がしっくりくるかもしれません。
衣がしっかりとついた天婦羅。丼汁をしっかり吸い込んでいます。
天婦羅の下には、キス・かぼちゃの天婦羅が。
どれもタレを吸い込んだ衣につつまれてます。
ただ、そんなに塩辛くなく良い塩梅です。
お味噌汁は、めちゃめちゃお出汁が効いて美味しい！
三つ葉の清涼感も良いですね。
料亭の味って感じです。
天重は初めて食べましたが、ずーっと昔の子供の頃どこかで食べた事があるような。。。
そんな懐かしい天重でした。
