Various banquet courses start from 2500 yen! However, many customers are now using Kokubunji's first unlimited all-you-can-drink service (17:00-23:00 daily, shortened business hours on public holidays), where you can win if you drink 3 or more drinks. The inside of the bar is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) styled after an old folk house where you can take off your shoes and relax. On weekends, entertaining, etc... I'm all excited. We mainly serve fish from the coast of Muroto, Kochi Prefecture, such as yellowtail, kanpachi, red sea bream, soleme, and moray eel that I caught near Odawara. We use local vegetables grown in Bun-chan's hometown of Kodaira City. The food will be prepared after receiving your order, so please allow some time. Please wait patiently during busy times. Bun-chan and his employees do their best to make both alcohol and food! Please support. We always deliver freshly made, handmade deliciousness. 国分寺駅。居酒屋が多いですが、こちらの居酒屋は、ビールが1杯100円というのを1つのウリにしているお店です。
そんな安価さ、気軽さがあるからか、学生とかが多く、店内はとにかく騒がしく、落ち着いて飲むって感覚はなし。なもんで、一人で飲むには向かないお店かなぁって。
生480円はサッポロ。苦みがはっきり。刺激的な一杯だこと。お通し350円はたまこんにゃく。鰹節がかかっていて、味がちゃんと染みてる。生絞りグレープフルーツサワー450円。種もちらほら浮いていたので生絞りなんだなって。甘みがありました。
かしら焼480円、馬刺し一人前500円、ひらめポン酢480円、豚足煮込み280円。料理提供は全体的に遅い。どうやら調理担当が一人しかいなかったようで…。
馬刺しは厚みがありますが、チープさは否めないですね。とりあえず形だけ馬刺し食べてますよ感。食感がなんとも言えない柔らかさなんですよね。ヒラメも厚めにカット。まぁ、普通に美味しいですね。あん肝を巻いて食べてくださいとのことで、そのあん肝が良いアクセントだったなと。かしらも厚みはあり、食べ応えあったし、柔らかさもありましたが、旨みは少ない。タレがオススメというか、初期仕様のようで、タレでよろしいでしょうか→塩で願します→……、そんな反応をされました。タレはしっかり全体に行き渡っていましたが、辛くなく良かったです。豚足はとろとろ。しっかり煮込んであり、ぷるぷる良い食感でした。
