国分寺で飲みです。
イカのお造りがおいしいとの事で、来訪しました。
水槽にヤリイカが泳いでいます。
結構大きい。他にもお魚が泳いでいました。
牛すじミートソースパスタ、
イカのお造り、
四種のチーズのピザ等を注文。
今まで色々な場所でミートソースを食べましたが、
トマトが強かったり、肉が強かったりで
調和のとれたソースを味わった事はありませんでした。
しかしここのミートソースは、
牛すじの味が口の中に広がると共に
トマトも酸っぱくなく、肉の味と見事に調和した状態でした。
非常においしい。パスタも自家製麺で、ソースとマッチングして
幸せな気分になれます。
●種のチーズ、とうたっているメニューも色々食べてきましたが
まぁ、普通にチーズだろ、という感じで
別に偽装して1種類だろうが、全然わからない味でした。
しかしここのチーズは、違いました。
何チーズかわからないですが、色々なチーズを使用しているのが
素人でも簡単にわかり、かつバランスも絶妙で、
生地と非常にあっていました。おいしい。◎◎◎
イカさんですが、新鮮なのが一目でわかります。
しょうゆを頭にかけると、ビクビク動きます。
よく見ると、体液の循環がわかります。
非常にもうしわけありません。ごめんなさい、いかさん。
透明です。これを食ったら、
白くなってしまったイカの刺身を食べられなくなる、というのもわかります。
ほんのり甘い。おいしい。
が、量が結構あるので、最後のほうは醤油に口がやられました。
個人的には、ゲソを揚げてくれた奴のほうが好きです。
とにかく甘い。ぷりぷり。うまみが口の中で爆発する。
非常においしいです。
ただ、お刺身系は若干値段高めです。
まぁハズレの品は出てこなそうなので、ある程度お金に余裕あるときで
美味しいものが食べたい時に、おすすめの店でした。
