北海道料理の専門の居酒屋。
ランチ利用も可能で、色々な北海道名物が楽しめます。
《北の味紀行と地酒 北海道》のランチ。豚丼850円です。
北海道と言えば海鮮のイメージが強くありますが、
鶏の唐揚げのザンギや帯広の豚丼などお肉料理も有名。
今日はガッツリ、お肉の気分なので豚丼を注文。ご飯大盛は有難いサービスです。
大盛ご飯の上に盛られた豚肉は、本場に比べれば少々薄目。。。
思い描いていた物とは少々異なりますが、焼肉丼と思えばOKです。
香の物・お味噌汁と何故か明太子がついています。
脂身多めの豚バラ肉。甘辛の醤油ダレがピッタリ！
旨いです！
肉の厚みはさておき、濃い目の醤油ダレはご飯を進ませます。
脂身がほんのり甘く良い感じです。
大盛にしたご飯が、空腹をドンドン満たしてくれます。
合間に嬉しい明太子・香の物。
最後にお味噌汁で流し込めば、大満足の丼でした。
本場帯広の豚丼とは少々異なりますが、甘辛醤油ダレの焼肉丼。
美味しかったです！
