国分寺駅北口にある焼肉Barさんたま。
さんたまは23区外に何店舗か系列があります。
昔営業でさんたまのオーナーさんにお会いした時とても良い方だったことと、人気店だと噂で聞いていたこともあり、今回機会があり訪問しました。
店名にBarとある通り、一品メニューが豊富で焼肉の味付けもお酒に合うようになっています。ご飯ものはライスのみで麺類もありません。
こちらの1番のおすすめは、なまたんステーキで豚肉が使われていてタン元からタン先まで食べられます。
総評としては、お酒ありきの焼肉なので味は二の次三の次。ハラミ大根酢は工夫があり、美味しかったですが基本肉の質が良くない。
カルビと上カルビを塩で頼むと、、まるでゴムのようで、、噛んでも噛んでも脂の旨味など出てこないし筋っぽい。元々得意でないタンも私には美味しさがわからず。
豚のかしら、さがりは味付けがしっかり付いていて、こういうものの方が良さそう。
期待していただけに残念。。当分肉を食べたくない気持ちに。。
値段通りの味とは言われたらそうかも。
また週末の夜17:30-18:30までお客さんは私たちのみ。それ以降に2組入られていました。
店舗によって味が違うのかもしれないのですが、国分寺店はもう行かないかな。
