こちらのお店は、オープンして11年目だそうです。国分寺駅から徒歩2.3分、本店も30秒程度の近くにあります。

先付けは出汁のジュレの中に、甘エビ、イクラ、カニなどが入っていて豪華なうえに見た目もとても綺麗！
八寸はホタルイカと桜湯葉が特にお気に入りだけど、どれもお酒に合う味付けでペースが上がってしまうw
お刺身は鮪とホタテが美味かった〜♪
宮崎牛の炙り焼きはいい感じの火入れ加減で柔らかかったし、ミヤビダイと蕗味噌がよくマッチしてました。
メバルの唐揚げは全部食べれちゃいます。
パリパリ食感と程よい山椒塩の塩加減で止まらなくなり、思わず顔以外全然たいらげてしまいました！
1番は鰤の漬け丼！これが美味かった♪
プリプリのいくらと味が染み込んだ鰤の切り身の相性抜群で、何杯でもいけちゃう勢いです笑
普段は焼鳥、焼肉が多いけどたまには和食もいいなと思った夜でした。
