It's been several years since I got off at Kokubunji Station. Kokubunji Station has also changed a lot and I thought it had a very nice atmosphere. Then, I went to ``HANARE'', a lovely shop with a luxurious atmosphere, which was a 3 minute walk from the station. I'm glad I made a reservation, but the restaurant was full of people with reservations and the atmosphere was lively from beginning to end (^^) I ordered a course menu that included all-you-can-drink, so I got draft beer at first. ! Course Menu • Chilled Chawanmushi Finely chopped Seafood and caviar are mixed together, and the flavor of Seafood is amazing! I like hot chawanmushi, but chilled chawanmushi is refreshing and easy to eat even in the hot summer, and the first dish is delicious and very satisfying! •Conger conger Tempura •Yuba •Ohitashi with Kintoki grass and lotus root •Plum crystal •Smoked potato salad •Harami The conger conger Tempura was also fluffy and had a very gentle taste! The yuba is also melty and goes perfectly with the sauce on top! It is luxuriously delicious (^^) • Hokkaido beef misuji • Shirakoyaki This was my first time eating Shirakoyaki and it was so creamy and delicious! Hokkaido beef is tender and packed with meaty flavor, making it extremely satisfying to eat. I was so happy♪ •Japanese-style tomato pickles The cool tomato with perilla leaves is refreshing and perfect for a snack break! I ate it right away! •Simmered Tsugaru duck I really liked the seasoning, so I ate it with duck meat, eggplant, and green onions! I drank all of the soup because I wanted to put it on rice (^^) •Rice cooked with corn and beans •Miso soup with red miso soup •Pickles The rice cooked with corn and beans was spicy and had a hint of Japanese pepper, and had the sweetness of corn. It went perfectly and was very delicious. The red miso soup also had mozuku and nameko mushrooms, and I thought it had a slightly strong flavor that went well with the sweet rice. •Peach agar It had a lot of finely chopped peaches in it and was so juicy that it was easy to eat! It's been a while since I had a very satisfying course meal! The staff at the store took great care to turn on the air conditioner and I was very happy with their consideration! There was a sense of unity as the staff at the store were always working together to provide hospitality to the customers, which was very nice. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality and excellent food! I also visited the main store of the series on my way home, and it had a very fashionable atmosphere and was very nice!
