Chinese cuisine with a focus on vegetables and seasonings
We purchase freshly picked vegetables every day. Many of these vegetables are not sold in supermarkets, and we prepare them in a way that suits them. Please enjoy the original flavor of the vegetables

We also use particular care with all of our seasonings: Sa → Sugar is beet sugar, Shi → Salt is Setouchi's flower seaweed salt, Su → Vinegar is Zhenjiang fragrant vinegar from Zhejiang Province, China, Se → Soy sauce is Shibanuma soy sauce from Ibaraki, and So → Miso is Sakura miso from Ishino Miso in Kyoto. Please enjoy our carefully crafted Chinese cuisine.
