うおひご @ 東京都国分寺市 @ 居酒屋、炉端、魚介
炭火で焼く炉端メニューが美味しく、その他のメニューも充実した居酒屋さんです。
セルフサービス、自己申告のワインや日本酒が面白く、サワーも生フルーツや漬け込みサワーが種類豊富で呑みに嬉しいお店です。
活気が有るのは良いのですが、声の大きなお客様が多くてちょっと落ち着けないのが残念。コロナ対策の充実を期待したいところです。でも、美味しいのは確か。
JR中央線国分寺駅南口から斜めに西国分寺方面に延びる道路を進み、南町三丁目交差点を右折、右側に少し入ったところにあります。駅からSMBCの前を進み、南下しても行けます。国分寺駅からはわずか250mです。
一見洋風の外観で、依然ワイン酒場だったのが偲ばれる店構え。そう、この場所は、でぶろく魚類が2020/6にリニューアルオープンして国分寺ワイン商店となりましたが、2020/12末に閉店し、その後2021/01に現在のうおひごとなった歴史があります。
店内はオープンキッチンに面したL字のカウンターと入口横にテーブル２つ。奥に一段低くなった半個室スペースがあります。
メニューは魚介の焼物、刺身、揚物と肉や野菜が豊富です。
今夜は2人で下記をいただきました。サワーの種類が抜群に多くて、生姜と黒胡椒、山椒の漬け込みサワーなんて変わり種のアルコールもあり楽しめます。フレッシュフルーツサワーはノンアルコールにも出来ます。

いずれも美味しく、特にバーニャカウダーの蕪と大根、茄子などが新鮮で美味しい。ネギを豚バラで丁寧に巻いて焼く豚バラのネギ一本巻き、銀杏、のどぐろの焼物は秀逸。〆のいくらご飯はいくらもご飯も美味しく、満足できる品でした。
