JR国分寺駅徒歩１分の駅前にあるお店。
大衆居酒屋＆定食屋がコンセプト。
定食から単品メニューまで、幅広いラインナップが魅力的です。
《定食のまる大》の日替わりランチ。
今日は土曜日なので、屋台ラーメンと葱チャーシュー丼セット850円です。
広々として、清潔感のある店内。
休日なので、ラーメンが出来上がるまでビールにまぐろブツ450円を注文。
ちょこっと飲みたい時には、ぴったりの量。水々しい赤身です。
肴が美味しいとついつい、エンジンがかかっちゃいそうなので
思ったより早めに出てきたラーメンに感謝です‼
ナルトにチャーシュー。味付け玉子にメンマ。海苔。
シンプルでオーソドックスな醤油ラーメンです。
スープを一口含んでみると、魚介の香りが鼻に抜ける素朴な醤油味。
良い意味で、懐かしい海の家で食べた事があるような味。
凝った食材で、旨味に溢れるお出汁も良いですが
本来ラーメンは飾らない庶民の食べ物。
ビールを飲んだ後なので、〆のラーメンのような感じです。
もう一方の葱チャーシュー丼は、小さな丼に丁度良い量。
しっかり味のついた柔らかいチャーシューに、ネギの香りが良い感じ。
小丼じゃなくて、普通サイズで一杯いただきたいです。
お昼は子供連れのお客さんも多く、
家族誰もが満足出来るメニューが必ず見つかるこちら。
