元旦に家族ディナーでお邪魔。国分寺駅北口から西へ徒歩3分ほどのマンションB1Fに入居するモンキーパンチ。国分寺で名前に「猿」の入る居酒屋を数々展開する猿屋一家系列のお店で、隠れ家的なイキフンでハイクオリティな居酒屋メニューをいただける地元愛され系居酒屋さん。
元旦に急遽家族で外食をすることとなり慌てて食べログ検索。ほとんど選択肢がない中、気になりつつも未訪だった当店が元旦営業してくれているのを知って歓喜の当日予約→18時にお邪魔。
店内には20名ほどの先客。隠れ家ライクな居酒屋にはやや不向きな赤ん坊や小さな子供のいる家族連れも多々あり、お正月ならではな感じ(´^ω^｀)w
各自ドリンクを注文した後、通常時に比べかなり絞り気味な正月版フードメニューの中から、肉豆腐、痛風ポン酢、専務鮨、明太子と餅のグラタン×2皿、〆に白子いくら土鍋ご飯を発注。
お通しのひと口サイズのきつねうどんを啜った後、肉豆腐が着丼。半丁強ぐらいの大きさの豆腐にトロトロの大ぶりスジ肉。醤油ベースの甘口濃いめの仕上り。
専務鮨は年末に参加したセリで落としてきた青森の鮪を使い、専務から作り方をきいた常務が捌いて作った巻き鮨らしい。背景はよくわからないが脂の乗った厚切りの鮪が美味かった。
白子いくら土鍋ご飯はねっとりとした白子といくらがそれぞれレアな仕上り。とろりとした食感と濃厚なコクを楽しめるはずせない一品◎
明太子と餅のグラタンはホワイトソースに見立てたたっぷりの山芋に餅をぶっ込んでオープンで焼き、明太子、卵黄、海苔、葱を添えたもの（多分）。
痛風ポン酢は生牡蠣、白子、あん肝、いくらの痛風カルテットをポン酢で和えたもの。普段居酒屋に行き慣れていない母にとっては斬新な一品だったらしくかなり感動してた。
みんなが笑顔になれるクオリティ。家族4人で適度に飲み食いして10000円はかなりリーズナブルだと思う。地元の美味しい居酒屋としてリストアップしておきたい。
