夜遅くまで開いてるので重宝してましたが、こちらは一度目行った時にソーミンチャンプルーが完全に水分多すぎでベチャベチャにくっついてて、2回目行った時はフーチャンプルーの麩がおかしなことになってて、また行くかどうか正直迷うところ。
普通、水に戻したあとに絞った麩を卵に漬け込んで一緒に炒めると思いますが完全にバラバラになってて絡まっておらず「チャンプルー」と呼べる何かではなく、しかもおそらく麩が卵の代わりに何か出汁的なものを吸っててこれまたひどくベチャベチャで、明らかに沖縄でフーチャンプルーを食べたことがない人が作ったんじゃないかと思しき酷い有様。
しかし他の人が全然酷いコメントをしていないから、もしかして深夜に行くとハズレを引くことが多いんですかね。（2回とも終電後に来店）
ただ、終電後もつまみながら飲めるお店というとここくらいしか思いつかないし便利なんですよね〜。もうちょっと沖縄料理へのリスペクトを持ってもらいたいです。
