国立駅北口徒歩5分の場所に、2014年9月24日に開店した「釜飯にこだわった和食居酒屋」。
8月に閉店した蕎麦屋の更科さんの後に居抜きっぽい感じで入りました。とりあえずおひとり様ランチでお試し。
おいしいお刺身定食・天ぷら定食のとりいずかさんの隣なのですが、少し競合する感じの食べ物屋さんですかね。
1階は4人掛けのテーブル席2つ、4人掛けの小上がり席2つ、カウンター4席の20席。
2階では24-36人の貸し切り宴会ができるようです。
カウンター席に座りました。渡されたランチメニューを見ると、牛タン定食とかミックスフライ定食とか、なかなかよさげです。今回は、シラスと葱の釜飯1080円を注文。これに540円のお造りとデザートのセットも頼みました。
釜飯はできるまで15分ほどかかるそうです。
給仕は女性が3名、調理は男女各1名の計5人でやってらっしゃいます。店の規模に対して、給仕の人数が多いような気がしますが、どの方もしっかりした接客で感じがいいです。
10分ほどで、お造りの載った皿を持ってきてもらいました。
薄く切ったあん肝をサーモンで挟んだものが2きれ、ウニを載せたタイ、頭付きの海老。なかなかおいしいですよ。
さらに5分少々で、釜飯ができあがったようです。
釜飯、鍋入りのスープ、漬け物、サラダ、茶碗とシャモジの載ったお膳がやってきます。
釜飯のふたを取ると、中央に半生のウズラの卵が落としてあり、周りにシラスがいっぱい入ってます。
茶碗に釜飯を盛ったら、釜にはふたをしておくといい、と給仕の女性に言われましたのでそのようにしていただきました。
まず、釜飯をそのまま茶碗に少し入れ、味わいますが、炊きたてでいいお味です♪
それから、釜の中をシャモジでよくかき混ぜ、ウズラの卵もちょっとつぶしてざっと釜飯に混ぜてから茶碗に盛っていただきました。
おいちい。。。
シラスと葱がいい感じです。卵との相性も○
鉄鍋に入ったスープは、お澄ましに鶏肉と野菜、そして涼粉（ヒモカワみたいな形状の春雨）っぽいやつが入ってました。レンゲスプーンでいただきましたよ。
ポテトサラダに胡麻ドレッシングをかけたやつも、うまい。
その上、熱い釜のおかげで食事の終盤には香ばしいお焦げも楽しめました。
食べ終わった頃に、あんこの載ったバニラアイスに黒蜜のかかったデザートを持ってきてもらいました。
同時に注いでくれた熱いお茶とともにゆっくりいただきましたよ。なかなかよい締めでした。
