閑静な住宅街にあります。
雰囲気がよさそうだったので入ってみることに。
テラス席かカウンターがあいてるようだったのでカウンター席にしました。
シェフの調理を間近で見ながら料理をいただけて、いい席でした。

・スペシャリテ ローマのカルボナーラ 1800円
・骨付き鶏もも肉のまるごと煮込み 2800円
・スパークリングワイン 1つ
・ノンアルコールスパークリングワイン 1つ
・赤ワイングラス 1つ
メニューにそれぞれの料理に合うワイン番号が書いてあって面白い。
ノンアルコールメニューも充実していました。
お通しは茄子を生ハムで巻いてフリットにしたもの。
目の前で生ハムをスライスしてました…！
できたて揚げたてですごく美味しかった！
前菜、メイン、パスタは2人分にシェアして盛り付けて下さって、しかも盛り付けが美しい。
イタリアンというよりフレンチのような色鮮やかな配置でした。
お味は正統派イタリアン！
どのソースも香りが立っていていい。
厨房を見ていて気付いたのは、ここは料理の作り置きをしていません。
生ハムもその場でスライス、野菜も直前にカット、エビもその場でむいていました。
そのせいかとても素材の味が引き立っています。
最後のカルボナーラはまさにスペシャリテ！
パスタのクリーム感とチーズがほどよく絡んでいてパンチェッタの塩分がちょうどよかったです。
是非頼んでほしい一品。
スタッフ皆さんがキビキビと働いていて、接客も素晴らしいお店でした。
