カーサ ディ カミーノ Casa di Camino @ 東京都国立市 @ イタリアン
新府中街道から大喜窪通りに左折、さくら病院の国立駅よりを北へ右折、住宅地を150mほど進んだ右側にあり、イタリア国旗が目印です。
店舗は少し奥まったところが入口で、その前はテラス席。
店内はオープンキッチンで、それに面したカウンター石５席、2人用２つ、4人用一つのテーブル席のコンパクトな造りです。カウンター席はカウンターに食材が置かれているので、座れるのは実質的には2席でしょう。
ランチメニューは、セットになっており。2種類のパスタから選べます。今日はアンチョビのショートパスタか生シラスのロングパスタ。

有機野菜のもりもりサラダ
ケール、蕪、水菜、トマトなどが美しいサラダで、特に蕪のシャキシャキ感が素晴らしい。南瓜を擦り下ろしたドレッシングがすごく美味しい。
国立産白菜とアンチョビのオリーブオイル仕立てショートパスタを選択。
もちもちのフラットで縮れたパスタの味は抜群。柔らかく炒められた白菜はとろけるよう。小さな山型のパゲットが可愛いアクセントです。このパスタは、〝mafalda corta（マファルダコルタ）といい、マファルダというパスタは２０世紀初頭、イタリア プーリアのパスタ職人がイタリア国王サヴォイア家のお姫様だった「マファルダ女王」の美しく伸びた髪からインスパイアをうけて作ったパスタだそうです(https://www.google.co.jp/amp/s/gamp.ameblo.jp/yukinoskitchen/entry-12527443022.html より)
また、「コルタ」は短いという意味だそうです。
ドルチェは自家製ふわふわシフォンケーキ、チョコレートソース
本当にふわふわのシフォンケーキに少しだけクリームがかかり、ミントが添えられています。お皿の手前にはチョコレートソースでCaminoと書かれてお洒落。甘さ控えめの美味しい品でした。

イタリアンローストほどの濃いコクのある美味しい珈琲が楽しめました。

美味しい国立の隠れ家フレンチと言えますね。
因みに店名のCasa di Caminoは暖炉の家という意味なので、店内を見回しましたが暖炉は見当たりませんでした。
