国立のランチに利用しました。
手作りボロネーゼ990円。
ボロネーゼソースは、香草の香りがほのかに残ります。
もう少し、個人的には、挽き肉を大振りにすると、
食べ応えがある感じになりますね。
チーズをかけるとマイルドになります。
ハラペーニョは、少しだと辛さがわかりにくい。
少し多めに掛けた方がいいと思います。
サラダとドリンクのセットもできるので、のんびり、するには、セットにするといいと思います。

今回は、初めて、ホットペッバーを利用。
予約サイトによって、ポイントが分かれているので、
後で、ポイントを使うのは、不便ですね。
和風カルボナーラを注文。
まずは、自家製ドレッシングのサラダ。
このドレッシングには、ニンニクが入っているのかな。
けっこう、パンチのあるドレッシングで、
味がしっかりしていて、野菜をパリパリ食べられます。
カルボナーラは、独特。
甘めの柔らかめな炒り卵を絡めてある感じ。
もう少し、甘めを抑えて、ベーコンの塩味を
全面に出せば、個人的に良いかな、
最後は、ドリンクのコーヒーでまったり。
ランチ時でものんびり、できます。
