調布駅からすぐ、煮干しラーメンとつけ麺が人気で、お昼どきには行列の出来る人気店。
この日は、しょうゆ並 スペシャル 1,100円を注文。煮干しのダシが出まくった濃いめのスープは、期待を裏切らない美味さ。深い味わいなんだけど、見た目よりもアッサリしていて良い。
スペシャルはチャーシュー3枚と味玉がトッピング。分厚くてしっかりとしたチャーシューが絶品。麺は断面の取れた、丸みあるツルッとした食感がいい。
正統派煮干しそばといった感じ、つけ麺も美味そうだったので今度食べてみたい。ご馳走様でした。
