調布駅で評価の高い店。
それ以外の予備知識なしで入店しました。
しょうゆ並盛(850円)と煮干し飯<小>(160円)の食券購入。
たまり醤油ようなコクのあるスープに煮干しの旨さが凝縮されています。粉っぽさはないものの、最初はインパクトが弱く感じました。無化調であることがわかります。
しかしながら食べすすめるうちに、とがりのない絶妙な塩味でのみ成立する、優しくホッとする味にハマりはじめました。
パッツン麺ともバランスがとれた逸品に気付くと完食完飲。
煮干し飯は煮干しの感じはなく、筍ごはんの筍抜きの様相。水分少なめの軽くいただけるご飯です。
煮干しの塩は経験がないので次回は塩いきます。
