栄養バランスプレート1320円 ご飯(選択制 玄米)、スープ付。
一言で言うと奥さまランチ、丁寧に作られているが、パワー不足が残念。一枚のプレートに、おかず2品、サラダ、ライス、スープが乗る。サラダの量が多く、サラダがメイン料理のようだ、キャベツ、トマト、春菊、パプリカ、大根、大豆でドレッシングは不味くは無いが良く分から無い味。おかずの量は2品足しても、かなり少い。一品はカジキのグリルで、カジキは鉛筆２本位の太さで４cm位の長さ、味は口の中で直ぐになくなったので何とも言えない、人参、牛蒡がお付き。もう片方は若鶏の唐揚げ、弁当のミートボール位の物が２個、唐揚げは基本、美味しいもんでこれもその例に漏れずに美味しい、白髪葱が乗っているのが細いサービス。
スープは和布、葱、玉葱、マッシュルームの塩スープ、良く煮込んである。ご飯は硬めで200グラム位、黒胡麻がかかる。
ステージのあるレストラン。ランチは他に生姜焼きと変り種の拉麺、味は凝っていると思うが値段は割高のイメージ、労働者向けでは無い。客層は中年層の女性客が多めで賑やか。
