調布で何店舗か経営しているやきとりの店。
本店は日曜日が休みだったので、東口店にお邪魔した。
コロナの影響で22時までと閉店時間が早まっていたが、店内は活気があり、次から次へとお客さんが来店する。
ガイガイワヤワヤ系の店だが綺麗に掃除されており不快感は無し。若いカップルも多く来店していた。
まずは瓶ビール。お通しも出てきたのだが、私の苦手な胡瓜で、しかも酸味のある味付けということで彼女に譲ってしまった。
名物のゆでたんを注文。これはかなり不思議な食感で、はんぺん?サラミ?過去に、こんなものを食べたことがあるような気もするのだが思い出せない。不思議な食感だ。ソーセージとかが一番近いかもしれない。
つくねはかなりボリューミーで卵と一緒に食べると重さが軽減されて良い。
レバーもかなり主張強めの味付けと食感だ。
ささみに食べるラー油を乗せた串も刺激的で美味しかった。
定番の揚げ豆腐串も酒と合わないわけがなく、フワフワとした食感を楽しんだ。
総じて高レベルな品々ではあったが、やきとんは1本220円程と決して安くはないし、値段相応に美味しいものを食べさせてもらっている印象だ。
使い勝手の良さそうな店だが、雰囲気的にどんどん飲みたくなってしまうので予算には気をつけないといけないだろう。
