調布にグループ店が数店舗ある焼き鳥屋さん。2人予約で訪店。大将が目の前で焼くカウンターへ通される。カウンター前に並ぶ串焼きメニュー札。こういうの好きだなあ。
焼き場は大将1人で回してる。大変そうだな。
ホールスタッフさんはドタバタしてる印象でサービスに気が回らなそうで注文しづらさを予感させる。
まずは瓶ビール。からの外は寒かったで焼酎お湯割。
焼き鳥屋だけど豚がメインかな。あとは牛もある。メニューがカタカナは牛。平仮名は豚と分かりやすく工夫されてる。
10種類以上あるやきとん一列を全部一本ずつで頼んだら2名以上は2本から注文なんだそうで、お上手ですなぁ。ならばと厳選してはらみ、なんこつ、れば、はつ、ささみ(鳥)、つくねを注文。おまけにとりまんじゅうと白センマイ、サラダ。
串焼きは小ぶりでどれも美味。ただレバーは普通。低温調理のレバ刺しは塩タレが旨い。
とりまんじゅうはふわふわ。でも噛んでくと溶けていくではなくパサパサ感が残る。
白センマイは旨すぎ少な過ぎ！もっと喰いたい！

つくねも大きいのが2つ付いてて黄身が乗る。これも普通かな。
よく見ると店内は串焼き屋さんの作りではない。
居抜きなのか上手く内装されて雰囲気は良い。
最後に日本酒(御免酒)と大とっくり(熱燗)を注文。
熱燗はぬるくて残念。
