This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located just outside the north exit of Chofu Station. It's said to be a chain store, but I didn't know about it until now, and this was my first time going inside. There are many private rooms inside the store, and some rooms can accommodate large groups. There were hardly any students, and I think most of the customers were office workers. As a result, the food prices are quite high. They have beef Steak that cost about 1,300 yen each. The appetizer is a salad, and I think it costs about 400 yen. You can upgrade to Prosciutto for an additional 100 yen. I ate Otoshi with Nakachu (500 yen), and then ordered about 4 dishes. Although it was expensive, it was quite tasty. The customer service is very polite. However, the response to my request was slow. Sometimes the food you order doesn't arrive for a long time, or sometimes you go to get the change after paying at your table and it never comes back. ☆Mentaiko Cream Champon (820 yen excluding tax) First, the noodles are topped with mentaiko and other toppings, and the staff pours a foamy sauce over them right in front of you. It has a mellow taste, and the spiciness of the mentaiko gives it a nice kick. There's the chewy texture of the noodles and the refreshing feel of the spinach, but the bubbly and fluffy sauce envelops them, making the whole dish very creamy. ☆Cheese meatballs (520 yen excluding tax) The fluffy texture is impressive. The meatballs have a stronger handmade feel than the meatballs you get at other Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The sauce is just right, not too thick or too thin, and the cheese goes perfectly with the meatballs. ☆Chicken Yufu Sukiyaki Skewer (320 yen excluding tax) A Grilled skewer of chicken thigh meat topped with onions and other ingredients mixed with a truffle sauce. It's hard to eat as Grilled skewer, but it's delicious. The texture of the chicken thighs, the aroma of truffles, and the sweetness of the sauce will fill your mouth. ☆ Fluffy teppanyaki Sukiyaki with beef tenderloin (880 yen excluding tax) First, Sukiyaki comes on a piping hot teppanyaki plate, and the staff pours the sauce over it right in front of you. Then, wait a little while for it to cook before eating. The beef and eggs are all melty and irresistible.
