雰囲気良く美味しいランチ。
刺身付 魚の飯 本気の厚切銀鱈西京焼定食1,290円をいただきます。
ショルダーネーム付きまくりの自信の一品なのでしょう、如何にw
平日開店間際に。先客1組。仕切られた掘りごたつ式座敷。定員4人かな広々。
分厚い切り身の銀鱈。上手に焼かれてます。提供時間が比較的短かった。事前に火が通され仕上げに炙っているのでしょうね。全然問題ないです。これが通年出せること、流石東京一番フーズ。
刺身は小ぶりなのが4切れ。大根サラダ、餡かけ茶碗蒸しが付きます。いずれも良い感じ。
当地ランチでは比較的高額なのでしょうけど値打ちは十分あると思いました。落ち着いた店内でそういう用向きにも（どんなだよw）使えそうかな、と。

前回銀鱈西京焼きが良かったので二枚看板の金目鯛を。大ぶりの金目。やや身がバサバサして残念。濃い味付けのタレでご飯はススミマスが、もう少し薄味でしっとり炊かれていると嬉しいな、と。
平日12時前。結構お客さんいます。4人掛けの掘りごたつ席で一人優雅に。
茶碗蒸し、刺身盛り、サラダもついて充実の昼御飯。
接客、雰囲気は上々なので、程よい和食感を味わうにはヨイお店だと思います。
