祝日の12時半、和風の照明落とし目の落ち着く空間です。
カウンター席をしっかりした木製のパーティションで区切って案内されました。
揚げたて鰆と茄子の南蛮仕立てをご飯半分くらいで注文しました。
前菜
モロヘイヤのスープ 生野菜サラダ
夏にピッタリなさわやかさっぱりな前菜でした。サラダのドレッシングはもちろ手作り感ある和風のおいしさでした。
木のトレーに乗ったお魚の定食。
日本人に生まれてよかった、毎日こんなご飯を食べたい、そんな定食スタイルです。
大きめに切ってこんがり上げた鰆や夏野菜をさらっとした南蛮タレに絡めて食べます。
たれといってもスープ仕立てなのがまたさっぱり。美味しかったです。
小鉢のひじきも。糠漬けも。おいしいなぁ。
糠漬けやお味噌汁はわりとしっかり塩気でしたので、控えめに摂取しましたが。
割烹のランチみたいな上質さで、このお値段でいいの？という印象でした。
時々通いたい、健康的な和食店です。
