パラパラ雨の降る土曜日朝に初訪問。
11時オープンだったので、
10時過ぎを目指して行きました。
いずれの駅からも徒歩10分ちょいだったので
成城学園前駅からバスで伺いました。
(お店の目の前がバス停です)
10時過ぎに着くと、3人並んでいたので、
良いタイミングでした。
まもなく、並びも増えていき、
開店時には行列になっていました。
(20〜30人?)
10:55頃入店。
特製中華そばを注文。5分ほどで着丼。
まずはスープから。めちゃくちゃ美味い。
鶏ベースで、しっかりした味。
今まで食べた王道の醤油ラーメンの中で
1番の感動でした！
スープは飲み進めると、
後半は甘みを感じました。
トッピングされた白髪ネギも
スープとめちゃくちゃ合います。
チャーシューはロース2枚、バラ1枚。
バラは特製にのみ乗るようです。
チャーシューも美味しく、
ロースの方が特に美味しかったです。
ほんのり炙ってある(?)感じも
旨みを引き上げてました。
そのほか、麺は細麺で柔らかめでした。
スープとよく絡んでGood。
味玉も、ほんのり生姜の効いた肉ワンタンも
美味しかったです。
是非また食べたい！
