ここに来たいと思ってから、何年越しでしょうか、8年とか？何度か来るも臨時定休で（SNSチェックすべきですね）、ようやくです。
土曜の12時50分にお店に到着、前に16人ほどの行列、直射日光が刺さります。日傘を持ってくればよかったと後悔。
店舗入り口両脇に3人ずつ座れる長椅子があり、その長椅子に座るとスタッフさんが食券購入を案内してくれます。食券を買ってまた椅子に座っていると食券を回収しに来てくれます。その後すぐに店内に案内してもらい、お水はセルフ、その後すぐに着丼13時40分頃、並んでからだいたい50分くらいです。店内かなり狭く、8席しかありませんがスタッフさんのオペレーションがとてもスムーズでスマートで、3人グループでもうまく横並びに座れるように席に案内されていました。
ラーメン（醤油1100円）は今まで食べた中の過去一レベル出たかもしれません。ツルツルした程よい歯応えの細麺、スープは完璧のバランス、チャーシューは2枚乗っていますが、厚みが違っていて、味もちょっと違う？全く臭みなく、2枚めの厚い方は少し炭の香りが？最後の一口まで飽きずに美味しい、
最高の好みのラーメンでした。
