The ``Yakushi Deer Roast'', made with Yakushima's rare ``deer'', is a must-try dish. It is characterized by its soft, fruity texture and deep nutritious taste, and many people come from far away to enjoy this taste! Furthermore, it has more than 7 times the iron content of beef, and is high in protein, low in calories, and low in fat, so it is recommended when you are tired or want to feel energized. The seasoning and cooking method that the owner has perfected through repeated research is sure to make you addicted to it. Please order it at least once!

All of our Yakushima cuisine uses Yakushima ingredients! In particular, dishes such as ``Flying Fish Fish Ball Hot Pot'', ``Yakushima Fried'', and ``Flyed Flying Fish'' are dishes that allow you to enjoy the local flavors in a real way. We also offer spicy hotpot with pork belly and tofu, boiled tofu hotpot, Oyster hotpot, beef sukiyaki hotpot (available only during the winter season), and a new menu item, botan hotpot. Be sure to enjoy the Yakushima set (980 yen) where you can taste a variety of things at once, as well as the smoked set made by a former fisherman.

We also have a rare Japanese sake from Aichi Prefecture, Horaisen ``Kai.'', so please enjoy its well-balanced sharpness and richness◎We also have seasonal sours such as Sapporo beer and sweet and refreshing freshly squeezed tankan sour.
