~As of 2017.07.10 2 reviews~ The area around Tsutsujigaoka Station on the Keio Line is where there are surprisingly many Grilled skewer restaurants. There is also a Grilled skewer restaurant right next to this restaurant. So, doesn't this restaurant specialize in Grilled skewer? It's a privately run Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that serves Grilled skewer and Okinawan Cuisine. First visit after dinner. Lemon sour (380 yen), Grilled skewer of skin, tongue, and kashira (all 120 yen). First, the appetizer is ohitashi. Strong seasoning. And although the lemon sour has a strong taste, it's good that the drink has a high concentration. The body is generally large. The skin is baked crispy. The saltiness was a little too strong, but it was a good snack to go with alcohol. Kasira is soft, but also has elasticity. The saltiness of kashira is just right. When you bite into it, the flavor subtly comes out. The tongue is a little hard and thick, so it has a nice crunchy texture. This one is a little salty. You will be asked if you want sweet miso when ordering, but it doesn't seem like there is a special charge for sweet miso.
