鶏そばなお店ですがこの日は鯛そば。
期間限定かな？とも思ったのですが、比較的いつもあるので基本メニューのようです。
出てきた鯛そばは実に見事なビジュアル。
デフォルトで鯛茶漬け用のご飯と薬味もついてきます。
鯛そばの具材は実にシンプル。
チャーシューではなく鯛の切り身が乗っているのは徹底していて好感度高いです。
出汁にこだわっても具材がいつも通りと言うところも結構ありますからね。
スープは予想通り鯛の出汁がガツンと来てインパクトあります。
食べ進めていき最後の方になっても出汁を強く感じるのでかなり強めなのかなと。
この出汁で最後にお茶漬けまで食べると思いっきり鯛出汁を味わった気分になれます。
このラーメン、鶏そばより好きかも。

156 is a familiar place in Torie. I was debating whether to have the Tai Soba that day, but I was in the mood for something rich, so I went for the Miso Cheese Chicken Soba. It's a pretty aggressive Ramen, with cheese pounded into the miso Ramen. When I tried it, the cheese wasn't that strong, and it felt like a mild miso Ramen. However, as I continued to eat it, the cheese started to come out from the back, and the flavor became richer, which was a nice touch. I liked it so much that I drank up the soup.
