今日は大学時代の友人との会食で久しぶりの多摩地区へ。
集合は調布駅でしたが、こちらのお店、駅から歩いて1分．．．いえ、30秒の近さ。
駅前のビルの4Fにあります。
5月にオープンしたばかりとのことで、まだ内装が綺麗。
単純に新しいからってだけでなくて、明るい照明で良い雰囲気でした。
まずはビールでカンパーイ♪
・一番搾り樽詰生ビール（中ジョッキ）（490円：税抜き）
さすがは一番搾り、ビールの味が濃いです。
麦の味がしっかり。
・お通し（350円：税抜き）
お通しは日替わりのようです。写真の手前から小エビとキャベツの和え物、エビとほうれん草のお浸し、こんにゃく田楽。
三種類ともとてもお上品な味付けで、お通しのレベルを超えてます！
スピードメニューを二つほど。
・胡瓜の一本漬け（390円：税抜き）
キュウリ丸ごと一本の浅漬け。控えめな塩味で辛子が添えられています。
・枝豆（390円：税抜き）
ま、可もなく不可もなし、普通に美味しい枝豆です。
入口の看板でアピールされていたのがこのメニュー。
・マグロ尽くしこぼれ盛合せ（990円：税抜き）
マグロ赤身と中トロくらいのが大盛り・山盛り・てんこ盛り♪
程良く脂の乗ったトロはかなりレベル高いです！
・串焼き5本盛合せ（740円：税抜き）
日替わりの串焼き。ぼんじり、もも、ししとう、砂肝、軟骨。
ぼんじり・砂肝は弾力あって噛み応えあり。
・チキン＆ビーフ ミックスケバブ（790円：税抜き）
チキンとビーフ、二種類のケバブにフライドポテト、かかっているのは甘いお好み焼きソース。
ちょっと意外な組み合わせでしたけど、食べてみたら普通に美味しいです。
お肉の味が凝縮されていて噛むほどに肉汁。
・海老から揚げ（590円：税抜き）
小粒なエビを丸ごと唐揚げ。
ホントにカラッと揚がっていてパリパリ食感。口の中では磯の香りがふわーっと。
〆にはご飯。
・生サーモンと香味醤油の石焼ご飯（690円：税抜き）
生サーモンにお醤油、相性抜群。混ぜ混ぜするとこの二つの香りが混ざり合ってふわ～っと上がってきて良い感じ。
石焼きでアツアツのおこげ、パリッとして美味。
一品一品、手が込んでいてお上品。
ワンランク上の居酒屋さんって感じました。
スタッフさんの笑顔が素敵で、料理について質問しても丁寧な返答で好印象。
気持ち良く飲食できました。
