This Chinese restaurant was opened after the former "Endo" in this area. I had been curious about this restaurant for a long time, but finally visited it for the first time. The owner was a familiar face, having been a sous chef at Endo, so I felt at ease even though it was my first visit. First, we quenched our thirst with beer. The sesame bean curd with crab sauce was very tasty. The first dish was simply delicious. The second dish was fried kale and scallops with black pepper and salt. The third dish was cold fried bitter gourd, burdock root, and Tochio deep-fried tofu cooked with ume plum. The burdock root was crispy, the bitter gourd was crunchy, and the Tochio deep-fried tofu topped with beaten ume plum was cold. This too was enhanced by the flavor of the dashi broth. The fourth dish was avocado and smoked salmon spring roll. The avocado was sweet, which was not bad, but the smoked salmon was a little lacking in texture. It would have been different if shrimp had been added. The fifth item was Gyoza / Dumpling, which tastes like classic Chinese Cuisine, and it was refreshing to eat it with lemon. The sixth dish was Menchikatsu (minced pork cutlet). Satisfying! The seventh dish was thick shark's fin stew. The shark's fin was of a reasonable size, but the sauce with red bean paste was rich in flavor and tasted like a famous restaurant! Tantanmen The eighth dish was thick Tantanmen hot noodles, but I chose hot noodles even though it was hot because I wanted to enjoy the default taste. The spiciness was moderate, but the sesame flavor had a strong impact, and the topping of thinly sliced beef stewed in the style of shiguren was a nice accent. The ninth and final dish was the earthenware pot with red bean paste topping, which was a delightful performance of pouring red bean paste on the hot earthenware pot after it was placed on the counter. The taste of the sauce was delicious and the soup stock was well seasoned. Overall, I was very satisfied with the classic Chinese taste and the Chinese Cuisine gentle taste based on dashi soup stock with a Japanese taste. It is a good restaurant. By the way, the bill was less than 12,000 yen for two people with a few alcoholic drinks.
