休日の22時前の訪問です。
戸を開け周りを見回すと空席あり！
で、立って待っていたのですが、スタッフは誰も全く気付いてくれません！！
暫く待っていました。周りのお客さんも笑っています。
スタッフの視界に私は入らなかったのでしょうか？
ようやくテーブル席に案内され、生ビールで乾杯です。
メニューはTheビストロ！洒落ています。
この日オーダーしたのは
･大人のポテトサラダ
･牛タンカルパッチョ
･海老ワンタンどっさりパクチー
･上州豚のポークソテー
です。
2杯目からはタコハイに変更です。
大人のポテトサラダはフライドオニオンのカリッとした食感がいいアクセントで刻まれたオリーブの香りと黒胡椒の辛味が大人な感じでした！
牛タンカルパッチョはポン酢のジュレがかかっていて
薬味の玉ねぎなどとさっぱりいただけます。
海老ワンタンどっさりパクチーは甘辛でタイチックでした。
上州豚のポークソテーはバーベキューソースがいい感じに絡んでお酒が進む一品でした。
最初はムッとしましたが、
スタッフの感じも良く、雰囲気も良くたまにはビストロで一杯もいいもんですね。
