府中駅からも近い場所の居酒屋です。
ばさらという店名からサバ料理かな？
と連想しましたが特に関係ない模様。
とろさばの干物はメニューにあるのと
看板にサバっぽい魚の絵も描かれてて
何だか店名の由来が気になりますね。
お刺身盛合わせは、ばさら盛りという
３人前前後のサイズの他にミニ盛りも
用意されている点などは嬉しいです。
まず、お通しも凝っていて美味しい。
コブクロのスタミナ炒めはコリコリ♪
豚レバの香味唐揚げも食べ応えあり。
お料理が美味しい居酒屋は素敵です。
居酒屋なので喫煙可は仕方がないけど
子連れの方も多かったので心配です。
店員さんの接客も素晴らしくて満足♪
