The famous ``Nihonjiru Udon'' is a specialty dish that uses the basic special stock, aged soy sauce and donko, and allows you to enjoy the delicious flavor of domestic pork fat. It goes perfectly with chewy homemade udon noodles.We also have ``Spicy Miso'', which has an addictive spicy taste, and ``Salt'', which has salt koji, and you can choose the amount of noodles. We offer a wide variety of menu items, including the classic ``Kitsune Udon'' and ``Kakiage Udon,'' as well as ``Curry Nanban Udon'' with Japanese-style soup stock, and cold bukkake udon topped with warm egg and chicken tempura.
