At our store, we use vegetables, herbs, eggs, wild vegetables, wild plants, and fruits that are completely pesticide-free and chemical-free and delivered from our directly managed farm, Tohoku Farm. Tohoku Farm, a thoroughbred breeding farm, practices recycling-oriented agriculture using thoroughbred compost. Vegetables and herbs that grow full of vitality in healthy soil have their own rich flavors. We handle everything from growing the vegetables to harvesting and shipping them in-house, so you can enjoy our products with peace of mind and safety.
Food 300 yen per ball! Tohoku Farm brand eggs
Dent corn, the staple food for branded eggs "Aodama" and "Akadama" chickens collected at the directly managed farm "Tohoku Farm", is also grown on the same farm without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The fertilized "Aodama" and "Akadama" eggs are produced by free-range chickens raised in well-ventilated chicken houses with plenty of sunlight, and their juicy whites and rich yolks are proof of their freshness. First of all, we recommend eating egg-cooked rice without adding anything. You will be surprised by the natural taste of eggs!
