Visited around 6pm on the weekend. This is a store that was introduced to me by my junior. Cheers with draft beer. The appetizer comes with Simmered dish of tofu and mushrooms. Seared chicken sashimi from Kagoshima Prefecture, 2 types of breast and thigh meat! The thigh meat is elastic and flavorful. The breast meat is light but has a unique texture. Cold chicken liver sashimi limited quantity! 3 types: liver, heart, and gizzard! Each flavor and texture is the best! The freshness is outstanding. Miso-grilled lamb chops It's super greasy and has no smell at all! The flavor of miso is gentle and brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Fisherman's Pickled Fish Pickled Fish from Miyazaki Prefecture The slightly sweet soy sauce soaks into the sashimi of my favorite Kibinago, which retains its unique texture and is the best dish. I quite like it. Raw firefly squid sashimi is a specialty from Toyama Prefecture! The liver is big and has a rich flavor! It slips into your mouth and the flavor spreads. Oh, it was great!
