Food Pizza baked in a wood-fired stone oven
Right in front of the audience is a stone oven imported directly from Italy. The Milanese-style pizza baked here is their signature menu. Unlike gas or electric ovens, stone ovens are only controlled by the pizza chef. Watching how the wood burns, keeping the inside of the stone oven at a high temperature, and baking the pizza all at once is a truly skilled skill. Wait for your pizza to be delivered while you watch Hickory's pizza makers bake pizza after pizza.
SpaceChildren's space "Ehonkuni"
We have set up a space called ``Picture Book'' for small children. ``Ehon no Kuni'' does not have a lot of toys or the latest play equipment. Just some picture books and some toys. However, just having a few tatami mats where you can take off your shoes and stretch out allows both children and parents to relax, take their seats properly when the food is served, and enjoy conversation while eating.

Our proud cakes are handmade every day at the cake factory inside Old Hickory Machida Sakaigawa. It's gaining in popularity because of its deliciousness that rivals any cake specialty store, but did you know that we also accept reservations for whole cakes (cakes sold individually) for birthdays and anniversaries? Not only can we use whole cakes for parties at Hickory, we also accept reservations for just cakes.
