町田でいい雰囲気のお店を探して行き着いた魚介の美味しいお店
町田はいろいろなお店があるがここはその中でも雰囲気が良く友達との飲み会に使いやすい
個室を選ぶと大きな樽を模した部屋の中でお酒を楽しめる

次はここで有名なカワハギの活造り
最初部屋の前でカワハギを見せてくれてこんな顔をしてたのかと驚きつつもワクワクさせてくれる
活造りは肝を自分で醤油に溶き肝醤油にして食べるスタイル
この肝醤油がまた絶品で臭みのない濃厚な旨みがカワハギの刺身にまとわり最高の味わい
刺身が途中なくなってしまったがツマに肝醤油をつけて食べるだけで素晴らしいおつまみになる
他にもカニコロッケや角煮なども頼んだがどれも美味しくて素晴らしかった
