Today, I was planning to take my mother to a delicious Sushi, but we had a visitor for lunch, so we missed the time, so we ended up going to Sushi restaurant that was still open around 2 o'clock. I had been wondering what the "surprise" was for some time, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to visit. My mother has a mild case of senile dementia, but thanks to her, she has a normal appetite, so I ordered the 12-piece `` selection'' for 1,298 yen. I ordered the "Salmon Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)" for 1,188 yen. As for Sushi that came out, first of all, the salmon Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) was topped with fillets of sashimi taken out of a vacuum pack, as expected. My mother's Sushi was also raw sashimi depending on the ingredients, but the ingredients were never particularly big or thick, and I couldn't understand what was so ``surprising'' until the end.
