焼肉一頭両騨町田本店。系列店の『馴れうし』には何度かお邪魔してましたが、本店には初めての訪問です。馴れうしが上質のコースを中心にした大人のための焼肉店とすると、本店はオールマイティーにどんなゲストにも対応する感じ。お子様連れからグループまで対応できる幅広いメニュー構成となってます。
この日は二人なので、少しランクの高い肉も織り混ぜながら、気軽にアラカルトで楽しみました。
▫️両騨のねぎタン塩
両面を焼いてから、塩昆布入りのネギをタップリつけていただきます。昆布で旨み倍増。
▫️ザブトン
特選赤身肉から本日のお勧めのザブトンを。
しっかりとした赤身に適度なサシが入り、間違いない美味しさ。
▫️キムチ盛合わせ
柔らかい辛味で美味しい。
▫️サンチュ
肉をダイレクトに味わった後は、２枚目からはサンチュで巻いて味噌で味変。
この味噌がうまい。
▫️焼きしゃぶ
薄手の肉を鉄板上で移動させながら軽く炙り、出汁につけていただくスタイル。
霜降り肉をさっぱりといただけます。
▫️マルチョウ
ここで油の塊のようなマルチョウを。
▫️厚切り特上ランプ
シメの肉はさっぱりと、厚切りランプ。ステーキのような食感を楽しめます。
▫️石焼ビビンバ
ご飯ものはビビンバで。
最近、コースやセットで焼肉を食べることが多いですが、少人数なら気の向くままにオーダーするのも良いですね。
緊急事態宣言の中、ドリンクメニューはノンアルですが、そこそこ楽しめました。
