もう何回もお世話になっているアレグロさんに久しぶりの訪問。コースを利用。

とにかく前菜のサラダが美味しい、、
今回はカプレーゼ、イカの冷菜、ツナサラダの3品。
カプレーゼはいつも通り絶品、、
ツナサラダはハリッサで味付けしている様で、やや味付けが変わったかな?という印象
初めてのイカ冷菜も美味です

2品目はホタテとエビ、ズッキーニの温菜。
ホタテの火通しが絶妙でした!

3品目は真鯛のポワレ
これまたコースだと毎回出るけど、アンチョビソースと真鯛がマッチしてて美味しい

4品目は豚肉ソテーと和牛ステーキ?
豚肉がとにかく美味しい!炭火の様な香りとレモンの酸味でワインが進みます、、

パスタは牡蠣と揚げ牛蒡を選択。プリプリの牡蠣とサクサク揚げ牛蒡が最高でした

やっぱりアレグロは何食べても美味しい、、

前菜のクオリティ高過ぎます!!
どうやったらこんな美味しい味付けになるのか気になります、、
カリフラワーや遠藤豆も火入れが完璧過ぎてコリコリ(決して硬い訳ではないです!)で感動!
