もう何回もお世話になっているアレグロさんに久しぶりの訪問。コースを利用。
とにかく前菜のサラダが美味しい、、
今回はカプレーゼ、イカの冷菜、ツナサラダの3品。
カプレーゼはいつも通り絶品、、
ツナサラダはハリッサで味付けしている様で、やや味付けが変わったかな？という印象
初めてのイカ冷菜も美味です
2品目はホタテとエビ、ズッキーニの温菜。
ホタテの火通しが絶妙でした！
3品目は真鯛のポワレ
これまたコースだと毎回出るけど、アンチョビソースと真鯛がマッチしてて美味しい
4品目は豚肉ソテーと和牛ステーキ？
豚肉がとにかく美味しい！炭火の様な香りとレモンの酸味でワインが進みます、、
パスタは牡蠣と揚げ牛蒡を選択。プリプリの牡蠣とサクサク揚げ牛蒡が最高でした
次はアラカルトでも訪問してみたい、、
